Collaborate On Strategy
The TalentHerder team partners with your hiring team to refine job descriptions, craft outreach messaging, calibrate on requirements and get set up on your internal recruiting systems. We’ll also establish a shared Slack channel for easy communication between our team and yours, provide weekly status reports and schedule a recurring bi-weekly sync to share updates and maintain alignment on open roles.
Collaborate On Requirements
TalentHerder’s recruiters calibrate the sourcing strategy based on initial feedback on candidates from the hiring team and begin A/B testing email outreach campaigns to optimize positive response rates. As positive responses begin to flow in, the TalentHerder team manages email inboxes and schedules initial phone screens between our recruiters and the most qualified candidates. Candidates that pass the initial phone screen are presented to the hiring team for review and feedback which is used to further refine the parameters of our sourcing strategy.
Communicate With Candidates
Once we are calibrated on the candidate sourcing strategy, the TalentHerder team increases the volume of sourcing and outreach efforts to fill the pipeline with qualified candidates. Recruiters are conducting phone screens with qualified candidates as well as coordinating and scheduling later stage interviews with the hiring team. The second bi-weekly sync is held to review the current candidate pipeline, hear feedback on candidates in process and address any hiccups in the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
